John is an experienced practitioner in all areas of the firm’s practice. Having served his apprenticeship with Matheson Ormsby Prentice Solicitors, one of Dublin’s five largest offices, he practiced in the family firm P. O’Connor & Sons Solicitors, Swinford (1980-1988) before setting up his own firm in Dublin. He has an acknowledged expertise in the area of trust and estate work, taxation, complex litigation, conveyancing and commercial work.
He has lectured extensively in the area of trusts, probate litigation, the law of legal capacity in Ireland, precedent wills and taxation implications of property transactions. |
