Notary Public
Georgina Drum Principal is the Notary Public in the office and was appointed by the Chief Justice of Ireland in June 2010 as a notary for the City and County of Dublin. If you need to have a document notarised then please contact us for an appointment
Prior to witnessing and sealing a document a Notary Public is required to secure and keep copies of identity. Therefore when calling to make an appointment to avail of the services of the Notary Public you should ensure that you bring with you your passport and/or drivers licence and proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months.
Documents to be presented for notarisation must be 100% complete with no gaps or blanks.
You might note it is a matter for the client to ensure that they understand the document before arriving at our office as the notary’s function does not involve explaining or advising in relation to the contents of the document.
In addition to the notary service we are happy to arrange for documents to be forwarded to the Department of Foreign Affairs to have the apostille affixed as an additional service.
